The main purpose of an Educational Strategic Plan is to achieve the broad goals of improving student outcomes and responding to changing demographics while remaining fiscally responsible. FORZA assists, supports, and guides each School Board in creating a successful strategic plan which allows the school to enhance student academic performance and operate financially at an optimum level.  The Educational Strategic Plan advances the School’s mission to create educational opportunities to improve the capability and well-being of students and families in the community in which they live.
