FORZA will assist a new or existing charter school in establishing strong financial internal controls and procedures for each of its schools.  FORZA will create projected budgets based on projected enrollment numbers and annual budgets based on actual enrollment numbers.  The FORZA Education Management Accounting Department will generate financial statements to present to the board members to review and approve on a monthly basis.  In addition, FORZA will assist in scheduling the annual audit as required by law.
